To add a new video download do the following:
1.Select Flash Video Downloads tab.
2. Go to Flash video downloads menu > Create flash video download or click the
button in the toolbar.
The Create flash video download dialog box will open.
3. Enter the file URL in the dialog box.
4. If you want downloaded video to be automatically converted to the specified format, check the corresponding box.
5. To set convert options (file format, video size and quality (bitrate), click the Customize button.
6. To setup advanced options (the same as when adding a new file download), check the corresponding box.
7 .Click OK to finish.
